Hello guys!\u00a0 I hope you enjoyed my three part Christmas posts!\u00a0 Like I said, we had such a busy December!\u00a0 I’m looking forward to slowing the pace down for a few weeks at least.\u00a0 We have so much coming up with the weather getting warmer.\u00a0 Our garden, landscaping galore and all sorts of other projects! I’ll fill you in on those in my next post.<\/p>\n

Today, I want to share with you our little birthday party we had for Hercules and Athena on January 5th.\u00a0 We celebrate their birthday big time every year.\u00a0 This year they turned 11! \u00a0\"\" \"\"\u00a0\"\"\"\"\"\" Their cake was a Peanut Butter and Banana cake topped with a couple of Slim Jim’s.\u00a0 I’ve attached the recipe for anyone wanting to try it. \u00a0Puppy Cake Recipe<\/a> As you can see above, they loved it!\u00a0 At the time, we had no clue just how important this birthday celebration would be. Hercules continues to improve with his eating and his mobility.\u00a0 He is amazing. He had some bloodwork done yesterday and his white blood cell count was normal!\u00a0 He will have more bloodwork done on Tuesday and will go for his second chemo treatment on Wednesday. As always, prayers are so appreciated!\u00a0 He is not out of the woods yet!<\/p>\n

The only project “completed” as of today, that I have yet to blog about, is our master closet.\u00a0 I forgot to take a before picture as per nor<\/a>mal.\u00a0 But picture this, large rubbermaid containers and random boxes in a very small room. It was a mess!\u00a0 Here are the after photos.\u00a0 I was pretty happy with how it turned out. \"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

Short but, sweet.\u00a0 We are officially caught up!\u00a0 Yay!<\/p>\n

Next post, I’ll go over our change in garden venues, seedlings, landscaping and a mudroom for the outbuilding.\u00a0 Honestly, it’s a cat room.<\/p>\n
